The presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Mr. Peter Obi, and his running mate, Datti Baba-Ahmed, were in court today as the tribunal prepared to adopt the written addresses of Obi, The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), The All Progressive Congress (APC), and that of the APC flagbearer, Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s petitions.
It would be recalled that the tribunal had earlier reserved judgement on the petition filed by Atiku Abubakar, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), after adopting his rewritten address.
Obi and Atiku are both challenging the declaration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the APC candidate in the March 23 election, by INEC as the winner of the poll.
